Terms of Service

1. About these Terms

PropDraft (“the Service”, “the Platform”) is a SaaS application that generates real estate marketing content using artificial intelligence — portal listings, social media posts, video scripts and client emails. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Platform.

2. Account registration

• To use the Service, you must create an account with your name, email address and password.
• The information you provide must be true, accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• The Service is intended for individuals aged 18 or older.

3. Subscriptions, credits and payments

• One credit equals one full marketing package generation.
• You receive 5 free credits when you sign up for the trial.
• Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Pricing page or your account settings. Access to the paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• Unused credits do not roll over to the next period and cannot be exchanged for cash, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• If a generation fails for technical reasons, the credit is refunded automatically.
• Prices are in euros. VAT is added where applicable.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• create illegal, misleading, discriminatory or deceptive content;
• infringe copyrights, trademarks or other third-party rights;
• send spam or unsolicited commercial messages;
• attempt unauthorized access, abuse or reverse engineering of the Platform.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for ensuring that generated content complies with applicable rules — including advertising, consumer protection and data protection laws. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed by you before publication.

5. Intellectual property

• You retain all rights to the data you enter. We do not use your data to train AI models.
• You receive the right to use the generated content for your business purposes.
• The software, design, logo and PropDraft brand are our property and may not be used without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee specific results, sales or search rankings. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit or loss of data. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the previous three months. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if there is a risk to the security of the Platform. We retain data where required by law.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice in the Platform. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept them.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Disputes will be resolved amicably and, if necessary, by the competent court at the provider's registered seat, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
